Hello everyone, so far my friend XXXXX have told you about the interior and exterior design of the store and now I am going to continue our presentation with instore techniques and promotions. Before starting, let me introduce you the in-store promotion techniques which are, as you can see, loyalty cards, events, price bundles, sweepstakes and free trial.
First of all, I want to start with loyalty cards which is one of the most popular instore promotion techniques. Today, we see that mostly every store has loyalty cards that makes some special offers. George Arnett from The Guardian suggests the readers that it is always worth having a loyalty card and with these cards you can get exclusive deals. The loyalty cards of our shop will have several properties. Firstly, it gives promotions for a particular amount of money spent in our stores. In addition, it gives some gifts on special days such as birthdays and lastly there are special price offers for loyalty cards.
After mentioning our loyalty cards, I want to move on with special events in our stores. In one of the leading marketing websites called Shopify, it is stated that “Give people a reason to go to your shops”. For İksir Shop, the reason for people to visit our in-store promotion events. With our events, we aim to make our customers loyal by attending our events on a regular basis.we are going to handle fun events in our stores and by the aid of these stores we aim attracting new customers. Our events will be eye-catching so that it will attract notice.
In addition to loyalty cards and events, there will be price bundles in İksir Shop. The price bundle will offer discounted prices for a package of products. According to Psychological Pricing, it is claimed that price bundling is a win-win situation for the buyer and the seller. With those price bundles that we offer in İksir Shop, we are going to make our customers try as many products as we can. So, our customers will get to know more about our products and it will increase the chance that they buy several products in their next visit and also it will increase the revenues of İksir Shop.
Before finishing the in-store promotion techniques of İksir Shop, I want to tell about the last in-store promotion technique of our company, which is offering free trials to customers. According to Neil Pater, who is an e-commerce entrepreneur, free trials attract the most amount of customers than any other in-store promotion technique. By the aid of having the option of free trials in our stores, we are going to build trust towards our brand as well as increasing the number of customers. In addition to these two, according to Chalsea Segal “a great product sells itself”. We believe that our products are high quality products and by heading away from what Segal tells, we believe customers will buy our products after using our free trials.
